These unique cubes have a clear shell when off and will light up bright blue when activated. Blue LiteCubes are illuminated by 3 tiny LED lights embedded with in the cube and have 3 modes of operation: Fast Flash, Slow Flash, and Steady On. Each mode is toggled by a small push button on the underside of the cube.
Blue LiteCubes are completely safe to put into any type of beverage. They are encased in a waterproof non toxic shell and packed with coolant gel to keep your favorite beverage frosty. We accept payment via PayPal and all major credit cards. If you run into any problems or have any uncertainties about payment please contact us so we can assist you. Payment is expected within 7 days at the close of auction or commitment to buy at fixed price.

Due to our high sales volume, all non paying bidders will automatically receive an unpaid item notification from eBay after 7 days. If the item(s) are closed out via the unpaid item process, this can have a negative impact on your account standing. We ship all orders M-F same day if received by 3PM EST. Please be aware the estimated delivery date displayed by eBay is just that: estimated. Though rare, occasional delays and mishaps can happen. If there are any issues just send us a message and we will happy to assist you.
Please make sure that the shipping address on your account is correct and complete to include apt and/or suite numbers. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. All items sold from DirectGlow are warranted for a period of 30 days. If an item is found to have a manufacturing defect or fails to perform to the specifications we describe, a replacement or a refund will be arranged. We will refund within 30 days of purchase any item for any reason if the product is in the packaging and condition in which it was received by the customer. In some cases we may ask for proof of said defects so we can provide the required proof to our insurers so we can settle your claim quickly. Please be prepared to send detailed photographs when such incidents warrant it.

Return authorization must be given BEFORE sending any items back. Please open your package to ensure you received all items in working order. All items must be returned with original packaging, instructions, power cord, accessories and anything else they were originally packaged with. You should insure your return for your protection.

For buyer’s remorse situations, all return and (if applicable) reshipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer’s remorse returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
